A fault code points to a system, not always to a part, so we name the next step; repairs are not part of the diagnostics.

Can you just clear the fault code?
We can, but if the cause remains, the code comes back. So we first explain where it comes from and clear it after the repair or at your request.
Is the repair included in the diagnostics?
No, the diagnostics show what to look for next and where. We name the repair and agree it separately.
How long do the diagnostics take?
About an hour. You can wait at the workshop, and we send the list of fault codes to you on WhatsApp.
