Privacy notice
How RHP GARAGE LLC uses and protects personal data when you visit rhpgarage.ae, contact the workshop or use our services.
In short
- Typing in the quick-request form does not send data to RHP GARAGE. The message is prepared in your browser.
- Optional Google analytics and advertising measurement remain off until you allow them.
- If you send a message through WhatsApp or Telegram, we use it to answer your enquiry and provide the requested service.
- You can change your privacy choices or contact us about your personal data at any time.
1. Who is responsible for your data
RHP GARAGE LLC is responsible for the processing described in this notice. Our address is Warehouse No. 19, 55 Street, Dubai Investment Park First, Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
For a privacy question or request, email rhpgarage77@gmail.com, call +971 55 707 1136 or write to the address above. If possible, use the subject “Privacy request”.
2. What this notice covers
This notice covers rhpgarage.ae in English, Russian and Arabic, the quick-request flow, messages sent to the workshop, and records created when we inspect, repair or maintain a vehicle.
We receive information from you, your browser or device, the advertising link that brought you to the site, the messaging service you choose, and records created while we provide a service. External services such as WhatsApp, Telegram, Google and Instagram also process data under their own privacy terms.
3. Data we may use
- Site and security data: IP address, browser and device details, requested page, date and time, referring page, response status, and technical logs.
- Advertising and campaign data included in the link you use to visit the site, such as a Google Ads click identifier or UTM campaign information.
- Your privacy choices and the time of your decision, plus short-lived information needed to return you to the page and scroll position from which you opened this notice.
- If optional measurement is allowed: page and language, referring source or campaign, browser and device signals, and whether a contact button was selected. We do not send the quick-form text, phone number, email address, vehicle details or prepared message in this event.
- Enquiry data you choose to send: name, phone number, email address, WhatsApp number or Telegram username, message, preferred language, files, photos or videos.
- Vehicle and service data: make, model, year, registration plate or VIN when needed, reported symptoms, diagnostic results, estimates, approvals, parts, completed work, collection or delivery location, invoices, payment status, warranty and follow-up messages.
4. Why we use the data
- Operate, protect and troubleshoot the website and prevent misuse or security incidents.
- Remember your privacy choices and return you to the place from which you opened this notice.
- With your permission, understand how the site is used and measure enquiries and Google Ads performance.
- Answer enquiries, prepare estimates, book inspections, diagnose vehicles, obtain approval, complete and document work, arrange collection or delivery, and provide support or warranty follow-up.
- Keep service, accounting, tax and warranty records; handle complaints or legal claims; and comply with lawful obligations.
- Send marketing only where it is permitted and any required consent has been obtained. Messages about an active enquiry or service are not marketing.
Depending on the activity, we rely on your consent, the steps or service you ask us to provide, protection of the site and our legal rights, or a legal obligation. You may withdraw consent at any time without affecting processing that was lawful before withdrawal.
5. Quick request, WhatsApp and Telegram
The quick-request message is prepared in your browser. RHP GARAGE does not receive anything simply because you type in the form. When you choose WhatsApp or Telegram, the prepared message opens in that service and is not sent until you complete the action there.
After you send it, we receive the conversation and use it as an enquiry or customer record. The messaging service separately processes account, connection and message data, may process it outside the UAE, and applies its own retention rules. Please do not send identity documents, payment details or other sensitive information unless we specifically need them for the service.
6. Cookies and optional Google measurement
Necessary storage remembers your privacy choices for up to 180 days. A temporary record in the current browser tab remembers where you came from for up to 30 minutes so the return button can take you back. Neither record contains contact details, form text or vehicle information.
Google measurement does not load before you make a choice. Analytics and advertising measurement can be allowed separately. If allowed, Google may receive the page and language, browser and device signals, campaign or ad-click information, and whether a contact button was selected. If you reject optional measurement, it remains off.
Advertising measurement may connect an enquiry with an advertisement. We do not use this consent tool for personalised advertising or remarketing. Google may process permitted data in other countries under its own privacy and security terms.
7. Who may receive data
- Our hosting and technical-delivery provider, which may process IP addresses, requested pages, dates, times and security logs to deliver and protect the website.
- Google when you allow measurement, open Google Maps or follow a Google review link. Public business rating information may also be requested by our server without sending your quick-request content.
- WhatsApp, Telegram or Instagram when you choose to open or use those services.
- RHP GARAGE staff and technicians who need the information, and accountants, advisers, insurers, payment providers or authorities where access is necessary and lawful.
- A buyer or successor if the business is reorganised or transferred, subject to confidentiality and applicable law.
8. Processing outside the UAE
Some service providers may process data outside the UAE. Where UAE law requires protection for an international transfer, we use an allowed transfer condition and appropriate contractual, organisational or security safeguards.
You may contact us to ask which types of recipient, countries or safeguards apply to data held directly by RHP GARAGE.
9. How long we keep data
- Privacy choices: up to 180 days, or until you change the choice or delete the cookie.
- Return-to-page information: up to 30 minutes in the current browser tab, and removed after you use the return button.
- Site and security logs: only as long as needed for delivery, troubleshooting, abuse prevention, security and legal requirements.
- Optional Google measurement: according to the retention controls configured in the relevant Google product.
- An enquiry that does not become a service record: up to 12 months after the last meaningful contact, unless it is needed longer for a complaint, dispute or legal obligation.
- Customer, service, invoice, warranty and payment records: during the customer relationship and afterwards for the periods required by applicable UAE accounting, tax, warranty and legal-claim rules.
When a retention period ends, we delete, anonymise or restrict routine use of the data, subject to reasonable backup cycles and any legal requirement to preserve it. External services apply their own retention periods.
10. Your rights and complaints
- Ask what personal data we use, why we use it, who receives it, how long it is kept and what protects an international transfer.
- Request a copy, correction, deletion, restriction or transfer of your data where the law provides that right.
- Object to or ask us to stop certain processing, and withdraw consent or change your privacy settings at any time.
- Complain about how your data is processed.
RHP GARAGE does not sell personal data and does not make decisions with legal or similarly significant effects using automated processing alone. To exercise a right, use the contact details in section 1. We may verify your identity and ask for information needed to find the relevant record. If the issue is not resolved, you may contact the competent UAE Data Office or another authority with jurisdiction.
11. Security and children
We use measures such as encrypted HTTPS connections, restricted access, security headers, provider security controls and collecting only the data we need. No online system can be guaranteed completely secure, so please contact us promptly if you think information sent to the workshop has been compromised.
The site and workshop services are not directed to children, and we do not knowingly ask children for personal data through the site. A parent or guardian may contact us if they believe a child has provided data inappropriately.
12. Changes to this notice
We may update this notice if the site, advertising setup, service providers or legal requirements change. The date at the top will be updated. If the way we use optional measurement changes materially, we will update the privacy settings and ask for a new choice where required.
