We remove the spark plugs, insert an endoscope into each cylinder and look at the walls, piston crowns and the visible part of the valves: scoring, carbon, traces of oil or coolant. We send you the video.

How long does the endoscopy take?
About an hour, including removing and refitting the spark plugs.
Is an endoscopy worth doing before buying a car?
Yes, if you have doubts about the engine: the video shows scoring, carbon or fluid traces inside that you cannot see from the outside.
If the video shows scoring, does the engine need a repair?
It depends on how deep it is and on the symptoms. We show you the video, explain what we see and suggest the next step.
