Which diagnostics should I choose if I don't know the cause?
Describe on WhatsApp what you've noticed and when it happens. We'll suggest where to start, and if the cause turns out to be in another system, we'll tell you before going further.
Is the diagnostics fee credited if you do the repair?
Yes, the initial diagnostics fee is credited if we carry out the repair.
What does the pre-purchase inspection include?
We read the fault codes and check the engine, suspension, leaks and paintwork. We send the results as photos and videos so you can decide before the deal.
