The clutch slips, the car judders when pulling away, there is a knock at idle or the pedal has become heavy. We remove the gearbox, replace the disc, pressure plate and release bearing, fit a new flywheel and check the rear crankshaft seal. Why replace the flywheel with the clutch?
The flywheel works together with the disc. If it is worn, a new clutch can judder and wear faster. Doing both with one gearbox removal costs less than removing it twice.
How long does the job take?
Usually from four hours. You can leave the car for the day, or we can collect it: free in DIP and nearby areas, from AED 100 elsewhere in Dubai.
Is there a warranty?
Yes, we give a one-month warranty on the work.
