Injectors are removed for testing, repair or replacement, and when gases or fuel leak from under them. We remove the injectors, clean the seats, fit new washers and seals, install the injectors and bleed the air from the fuel system. The job usually takes from an hour.

How long does removal and installation take?
Usually from an hour. If the injectors are seized, it takes longer, and we warn you in advance.
Do you test the removed injectors?
Injector testing is a separate service. If it is needed, we agree it before the work.
Why replace the washers?
Copper washers deform when tightened and do not seal a second time. With old washers, gases escape and soot builds up around the injector.
