Can I drive with a broken window regulator?
Yes, if the window is closed and stays up. If it is down or keeps dropping, the car can't be locked, so it's best not to delay the replacement.
Is the regulator always the cause?
Not always: the window may not move because of the switch, a fuse or the wiring. We check this before replacing anything and tell you the cause.
